Pedram Kaivani, CFP^®, LUTCF^®

Principal

Pedram Kaivani is the founder and principal of Kaivani Wealth Strategies, LLC. During his seventeen-year career, he has worked as an Investment Advisor Representative and Certified Financial Planner™. Pedram enjoys crystallizing the financial goals of his clients now and into the future through transparency and refining processes to meet the needs of each client.

Before beginning Kaivani Wealth Strategies, LLC, Pedram worked at his family’s business and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 2004.

Outside of the office, Pedram enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. As a family they enjoy traveling, swimming and watching movies. Pedram also enjoys cycling and playing soccer. He is an active member of his church and local community.

Mistie LaCount

Client Services Assistant

Mistie LaCount joins Kaivani Wealth Strategies as a Client Services Assistant. Her commitment to excellence is unwavering, ensuring that every document is in place, every appointment is seamlessly coordinated, and every client interaction is imbued with a sense of trust and reliability. Holding an Associate's degree from Angelina College, a Bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin University, and a Master's in Education, Mistie's educational background enriches her contributions to the team. Outside of her professional pursuits, Mistie has been married to Anthony for over 20 years and has four very talented children who are involved with TEAM USA Jr. Diving/Division 1 Diving and USA Pan Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She has an everlasting love for the Lord and her family. She keeps busy on the farm, caring for the horses, zebu, goats, chickens, ducks, peacocks, and a cute fuzzy lionhead bunny. Mistie loves to travel, go to the beach, and fish in lakes and the ocean.

Sarah Kaivani

Office Assistant

Sarah Kaivani has been the Office Assistant of Kaivani Wealth Strategies, LLC since 2014. Her work includes record keeping, social media outreach and data entry.

Sarah enjoys being part of a team which gives clients an opportunity to work towards their dreams.

Sarah and her husband have two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
